Charlie Sheen: and the drama continues

Charlie Sheen has voluntarily entered a rehabilitation center, a decision that is putting his top-rated CBS sitcom on production hiatus.
Publicist Stan Rosenfield said Friday that the star of CBS' Two and a Half Men was entering an undisclosed facility and is grateful to all who have expressed concern for him.
No additional information, including the name of the rehab center, was provided.
CBS, production company Warner Bros. Television and executive producer Chuck Lorre said Sheen's decision has prompted a halt on production of Two and a Half Men.
THE SKINNY
At 54, Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall looks awesome for her age.
But she says it takes a lot of work. ``I've been dieting my whole life because I have a tremendous appetite,'' Cattrall told People at a recent event held in NYC to announce her new role as the spokeswoman for I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
Cattrall says she grew up with a healthy view on exercise and dieting. ``This generation of women that I'm in, we have been brought up with Jane Fonda workout tapes and fresh air is good for you and exercise every day and drink eight cups of water. . . and it's paid off at this time of my life.''
SPARED
Chips star Larry Wilcox escaped jail time for his role in a financial scheme. TMZ.com reports that Wilcox was spared a trip to the slammer because he fought in the Vietnam War.
The actor recently pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and was facing up to five years in federal prison. Instead he was sentenced to three years probation and 500 hours of community service.
After the '80s star cried in the courtroom, a judge said he wouldn't have to go to jail because he was a war vet and had an extensive record of community service. TMZ.com reports Wilcox joined the Marines in 1967 and spent 13 months in Vietnam as an artilleryman.
ODD COUPLE
Ozzy Osbourne and Justin Bieber are teaming up.
The Crazy Train singer and the teen sensation made a commercial that will run during Super Bowl XLV.
The pair filmed the ad this month in L.A., according to Best Buy, which is behind the ad.
``Me and Ozzy did a pretty funny commercial,'' Bieber said on his Twitter. ``U gotta just laugh at yourself.''
CASE CLOSED
Ex-WPLG-Channel 10 anchor Charles Perez's complaint against the station -- that management fired him because he is gay -- has been dismissed.
``I have satisfactorily resolved all my differences with the company,'' says Perez, who won't elaborate on whether there was a financial settlement.
WPLG fired Perez just after he filed a complaint with Miami-Dade County's Equal Opportunity Board. At the time, station news director Bill Pohovey angrily denied Perez's claims. ``This is an outrageous accusation,'' Pohovey said in a statement. ``As a gay man myself, I can safely say the Station does not discriminate against gay people.''
