A source close to the "Camp Rock" star says that Demi completed her prescribed treatment as well as an outpatient program and was released with a full sign-off from the facility.
Currently, the source goes on to say, Demi is returning to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends. Additionally, she is going to continue her focus on her well-being and, to that end, will consult with physicians here in Los Angeles.
Finally, the source tells ET that Demi is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.
Last fall, Demi decided to seek help, following an emotional meltdown that happened while the "Camp Rock" star was a member of the Jonas Brothers' world tour.
Back in November, her rep told ET: "Demi Lovato left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time. Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help. She is doing just that."
Good for her, so glad she realized she needed help.
