No charges will be filed in the drug-overdose death of the girlfriend of Anheuser-Busch heir August Busch IV, a Missouri prosecutor said Thursday.
An autopsy showed Adrienne Martin, 27, died of an accidental overdose of the prescription painkiller oxycodone, the county's medical examiner said.
St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch said there was no evidence that Busch or anyone else played a role in Martin's death. He said Busch has refused to be interviewed except for his initial interview with police.
