Sorry your name is NOT on the list! Lindsay Lohan turned away from Hollywood party

She was recently warned by a judge that she was 'no different' from the other mere mortals assembled in the court room.
And last night troubled actress Lindsay Lohan discovered the saying 'if you're name's not down, you're not coming in' also applies to her.
The 24-year-old star's celebrity status did her no favours as she was unceremoniously turned away from a private party at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in Hollywood.
Lohan is seen talking to a doorman, watched on by a police officer, before being denied entry.
The latest episode comes as Lindsay vehemently denied partying at Teddy's nightclub at the Roosevelt Hotel the night before on Thursday.
Lindsay is currently on bail after being charged with the theft of a $2,500 necklace from
Warning her that she was no different to anybody else in the room, Judge Keith Schwartz warned Lohan to abide by the law or face jail. The hearing is set to continue later this month.
According to RadarOnline , Lohan left last night without making a fuss after being turned away.
It is not clear why she was refused entry to the West Hollywood venue, but there was a uniformed police officer was present at the scene.
Lindsay was seen dashing into the Roosevelt Hotel at around 1.45am on Friday morning in search of her on-again off-again girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

 However she has vehemently denied she was there to party.
She had driven 15 miles from her home in Venice Beach home to see Sam, who was DJing at Teddy's nighclub inside.
About 45 minutes later the pair emerged together and both got into Sam's Mercedes for the drive back - abandoning Lindsay's rented Porsche at the hotel.
Of course, the pair are now neighbours after Lindsay moved next door to Sam following a court-ordered stint in rehab.
But Lindsay has hit back at reports that she was partying at Teddys and said she was only there for a short while.
On her Facebook and Twitter page she wrote : 'The reports i was at teddys are inaccurate... I was just at roosevelt to meet Samantha and say happy birthday to a friend'.
'I take my sobriety seriously. please don't believe this accusations. i know the rules and i wouldnt risk probation. xoxo L', she added.
At 6am, Sam posted a message on her own Twitter page revealing that the two were sharing the same bed and Lindsay was asleep.
The 33-year-old wrote: 'Watching grey's anatomy - my fave show - with @lindsaylohan sleeping next to me - should i wake her up to let her know her mom is going on GMA?'

Dina Lohan appeared on Good Morning America today to talk about the troubled star's battle with addiction.
Lady Victoria Hervey has also sprung to Lindsay's defence saying that she was not drinking any alcohol.
The British socialite told RadarOnline: 'The only thing Lindsay was drinking was tea with honey!'.
'I was with her at the Chateau Marmont last night - we had dinner and she was in great spirits and completely sober.
'After we left, she went to the Roosevelt Hotel to see Samantha and she left her car because she did not want any problems with the paparazzi - they are constantly following her right now', Victoria added.
'Her true friends know that Lindsay is totally sober just now and despite everything we are not worried for her', she surmised.
Lindsay was last week charged with felony grand theft after she took at $2,500 gold necklace from a store in Venice, California.
She faces up to three years in prison if she is convicted.
Meanwhile Michael Lohan 's ex -fiancée, Kate Major has filed a criminal complaint against Lindsay's father.
The couple , who have split numerous times, parted ways a few weeks ago.
According to TMZ, when Major tried to collect her belonging from their New York apartment, an argument ensued.

After going to her parents place in Florida, she received numerous calls from Lohan which forced her to request mobile phone carrier Verizon to block his number.
This was when Lohan apparently threatened her.
Major filed a criminal complaint yesterday and according to TMZ is planning to seek a restraining order this coming Monday.
